Premier League: Crystal Palace 0-1 Leicester
Mahrez scored another goal as Vardy assisted it and Leicester came out with another road win. The Premier League title is getting closer and they control their destiny.
Coach Ranieri reacts and believes in title chances:
“It was a very difficult match but I think we deserved to win. We created three good chances and they had the one just at the end when they hit the crossbar. I’m happy because all the team worked so well.”
We’ve said everything but it’s important that he continues this way. It’s a fantastic position but we have to remain calm because we’ve not achieved anything yet.
“At the beginning [of the season] the clean sheet was difficult [to achieve for us] and I offered pizza. Maybe they didn’t like pizza but then we are good. The fans can continue to dream but we have to be focused on our match. I’m very happy with the players but we must be calm with our feet on the ground.”
