Okay I am thinking the unthinkable. Wenger to become director of football at Arsenal and a new face to take over the helm at the Emirates. On Monday night Arsenal were again unable to hold onto a lead, as Van Persians headed opener was canceled out by a David Dunn equalizer and Samba’s winner. Maybe its time for Wenger to step aside. I mean surely 5 years without a trophy is long enough. We can’t keep hearing from Wenger that silverware is on the horizon. If Wenger was to become director of football he could still impart his footballing wisdom and young player spotting talent, but allow a new manager to motivate the players. Lets be honest anyone who watched the Monday night fixture could question whether he has lost his teams support ?
