As the stadium can hold almost 60,000 people, some excellent seats are still available, notably in the temporary on-field grandstands, for only $20.

“This will be a historic match on the field, but also in the stands,” said Montreal Impact executive vice-president Richard Legendre. “The buzz is remarkable and it shows that supporters in Quebec are anxious to get a taste of MLS soccer. More than ever, with this milestone, we have to believe that we can beat the Manic’s record.”

In 1981, the Montreal Manic established an attendance record for a professional soccer game at Olympic Stadium, beating the Chicago Sting in front of 58,542 supporters.

With this attendance, the Impact administration recommends that those attending Saturday’s game arrive early, in order to avoid missing the beginning of the game. Doors open at noon and players will jump on the field around 1pm.

Please note the Montreal Impact, in collaboration with Olympic Park and TVA Sports, is hosting an open house this Thursday, at Olympic Stadium, from 5:30 to 8pm. The official team presentation followed by a training session is free of charge for all in attendance.

Season tickets are available online at impactmontreal.com or by calling 514-328-3668 , while individual tickets for the home opener and all five games presented at Olympic Stadium are also available through the Admission network.
