The qualifiers for the UEFA 2020 Euro resumed with some noticeable information as we analyze through each group and where they stand.

Group A

England lead the group with 3 wins in 3 matches. The Three Lions disposed of Bulgaria 4-0 and should have no problem to win the group.

Coach Southgate commented on the win:

I think we improved as the game went on. Some of our attacking play was really exciting. We didn’t need to over-complicate things. We looked dangerous.

I always felt we had enough firepower to win the game. I’m not sure it’s complacency – every team will have some moments, you just have to make sure you see the runs – but I’m generally pleased.”

Group B

Ukraine extend the lead on top of group B. The important opposed Serbia to Portugal. The Nations League champions were looking for their first win in the qualifiers and they delivered big.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a goal and his team went on to grab their first victory in this campaign 4-2, taking group second place at the same time.

Group G

Poland lead the group in front of Austria. Both nations are the favorite to qualify.

Group H

France lead the group with Iceland and Turkey. The world champions dominated Albania 4-1 and will host again next match. The French are heavy favorites to win the group but would have to stay perfect in order to do so.

Group I

Belgium and Russia are by far ahead in the group and will battle for first place. The best team according to the FIFA rankings will be one strong favorite to win Euro 2020 Final [should they reach it] in London next year.
