TXU Energy has joined the FC Dallas family as the team’s exclusive energy partner through 2013.

TXU Energy has committed to joining FC Dallas in the North Texas State Soccer Association Tour and in supporting the FC Dallas Foundation Community Clinics presented by Cash America. The series of free soccer clinics are planned for five locations throughout the Metroplex during the 2012 season.

In addition, TXU Energy is teaming with FC Dallas through many fan activations and designation as the presenting partner of the Independence Day celebration at FC Dallas Stadium when the team takes on Toronto FC. The Independence Day Celebration Fireworks show in North Texas is an annual attraction that brings a sold-out crowd to the stadium where fans can enjoy the show immediately following the match. Fans will find TXU Energy at more than just the Fourth of July game throughout the season. TXU Energy will host an interactive area at Lamar’s Tailgate on the north concourse, which will include give-a-ways such as backpacks, autographed jerseys, soccer balls and FC Dallas Team Store gift certificates.
