Ligue 1: Guingamp 1-3 Paris Saint-Germain

The french World champion teenager entered at the break when PSG was down 1-0 and automatically lifted his club by scoring a brace in the 10 minutes of the game.

Do not forget, at PSG, Neymar is the star and one of the best players in the world. But, the Brazilian can start slowly worrying about his status with so much talent showed by Kylian Mbappé.

His performance during the World Cup woke up the last few viewers who did not believe it was a crack. Ultimately he is bound to win the Ballon d’Or and Neymar will have to be better than he is now if he wants to be the superstar. Hail to the King Kylian Mbappé…!

Coach Tuchel on the difficult win after a soporific first 45 minutes of play:

“The first half was very difficult because we weren’t ready for this match. Guingamp are a quality side and played with a lot of intensity.

They are very tough to play at home. We were very happy to still be in the game at half-time, because we could have conceded three goals. In the second half, we changed mentality. We had to change and we did, so I’m happy about that. It was a great fight-back.”

Mbappé reacted post-game:

“Guingamp caused us a lot of problems in the first half. They defended high and were very organised and we struggled to play the ball out. They had chances and scored one goal.

The coach wasn’t happy at half time and he let us know it. He showed us how we could improve and we did what he said. It worked much better in the second half.”
