Once the season ends Guus Hiddink will leave his post as Chelsea interim manager. The Dutch manager who replaced Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge is only there to hold things together until the club and appoint their prefered option.

Whoever Chelsea appoint as their new manager, their first job will be to sort out the dressing room. Any player that has been a destructive force this year will be shown the door over the summer months. Abramovich will make the money available so the new man can build a team in his image, but they will need to hit the ground running if they are to stay in the post for the length of their contract.
