Buffon will have his final chance to win Champions League trophy

Champions League Final 2017: Juventus validates ticket after overall controlled performance over talented AS Monaco side

Gianluiggi Buffon will, at 39 years old, have a final chance to win the only missing title of his great career. Indeed, the world-class Italian goalkeeper never won the Champions League despite two unsuccessful tries in 2003 defeated by AC Milan and in 2015 defeated by FC Barcelona. He knows that reaching the Final means nothing unless you win it all. Juventus’s defense has been clinical this year and in the Champions League Buffon kept his invincibility for 600 minutes until Mbappe scored in the second leg the semifinal (2-1)

This season has been exceptional for Juventus, yet again the club still has to win all trophies to complete the treble. Te team is in pace to win the Serie A (for a 6th consecutive time), Coppa Italia and the Champions League and now entering the most important month of the season.  Try out your luck and bet on betfaircasino for nj players to place your odds on Juventus’ chances to win all titles.

Coach Allegri comments on the great night for the Old Lady:

“I’m delighted with my players and what they’ve achieved this year. It wasn’t easy to go on the sort of run we’ve had in the Champions League.

Now we’ve reached the crunch phase of the season and we need to give things some serious thought tomorrow because we haven’t won anything yet. We have the league, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League – in that order – to think about.

I’m not interested in taking the credit. I do my job with enthusiasm. I’m interested in results and I’m able to achieve them because I have quality players to work with. I love coaching and that allows me to go about my job calmly. When I start feeling stressed out and I’m not enjoying myself anymore, then I’ll stop.

You go into finals to win them. For now, though, the main thing is that we’re there. Hopefully this will be our year. Juventus have a very good chance of winning the Champions League this season but we need to play even better. We have a month to work on improving and we mustn’t forget that we have some very important games before then.

We need a point at Roma on Sunday, otherwise we’ll have to beat Crotone to win the Scudetto. We must remain alert and fully focused at all times.”
