FC Barcelona got the best of Eibar as Messi scored his 400th goals in La Liga today in the easy win [3-0].
Leo Messi is the first player ever to score 400 goals in La Liga as the second is Cristiano Ronaldo with 311. It seems that Messi will be for a very long time the best goal scorer in La Liga.
We will maybe never see someone like him in our life again. This is why we have to enjoy him and the way he plays for as long as possible.
Messi is a legend
The Argentinian is a living legend in the world of football. His 400 for Barça have included a staggering 83 braces and 31 hat-tricks. The most amazing thing of all is that there would appear to be plenty more goals where those came from.
Barcelona and goalkeeper ter Stegen also netted his fifth clean sheet in the last six games.
As a team, Barça have now found the net in 34 consecutive league matches. It is their best run since a 64-game scoring streak ended in October 2013.
