Reaction from Turin to the Champions League semi-final draw against AS Monaco.
Stephan Lichtsteiner: “Monaco is a tricky opponent, whom we must not underestimate. I know the team a little, in addition to having played against them two years ago. They already had Leonardo Jardim on the bench. They play really beautiful football, at a high tempo. They won’t have anything to lose. All the pressure will be on our shoulders. I don’t know if we’re stronger than two years ago. We did have Pirlo, Tevez, Pogba, and Marchisio in the middle, after all… But one thing’s for sure: we have moved up to a new level mentally since losing in the final against Barça. We believe in our chances of winning the competition.”
Massimiliano Allegri: “It’s never been in Juve‘s culture to underestimate an opponent. We’re talking about a Champions League semi-finalist. We’ll need to be 100% focused.”
