Liga BBVA – FC Barcelona 5-2 Rayo Vallecano

Neymar Jr. illuminated Camp Nou with a stellar performance scoring 4 of the 5 Barcelona goals. His coach Luis Enrique praised the efforts provided but the Brazilian:

Neymar was “impressive, unstoppable, electric, almost impossible to stop without committing penalties.

We’re going to keep working on our defence. To win titles, you have to score more goals and give up less and that’s what we’re working on.”

Neymar said: “It’s very tough to play against Rayo, they have quality players, they’re a great team. “It always feels good to win, it’s important to score five against a good Rayo. They played their game, but after their first goal we didn’t change our plan. We deserved it. We have to recuperate well, we’ve played a lot of games, which means we’re doing things well. We’ll make an effort to prepare for Tuesday, and if we’re a bit sore we kind of have to grin and bear it. That’s the way it is.”
