U.S. National Team members Sacha Kljestan and Jimmy Conrad will kick off World Cup excitement in Los Angeles on Dec. 4 by unwrapping a giant holiday present at the adidas store on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. Kljestan of Chivas USA and Conrad a former UCLA Bruin, will sign autographs and hand out special World Cup holiday gifts to fans.
The celebration is in conjunction with the 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament draw in South Africa where Team USA will find out who they play in next summer’s tournament.
This exciting World Cup kickoff event will feature South African Kwaito music and dancers, adidas giveaways, autograph signings and the chance to win a $500 adidas holiday shopping spree.
