Who’ll be the next Transfer Window Wobble?

The transfer window has been and gone – and now the pressure’s on football managers to demonstrate the bang they’ve got for their buck, which is even more important in this World Cup year when eyes will be trained closer than ever on the performance of players hoping to represent their country.

In light of this, football fixtures and results website FootballScores.com have announced their best – and worst – ever transfers over the past five years. Managers with an eye for a good dealwill no doubt be after a transfer of Michu proportions – he joined Swansea City at a bargain price of £2m and proved to be worth over 25 times the value of the £50 million paid for Fernando Torres to move from Liverpool to Chelsea. Torres took an astonishing 903 minutes to score his first Chelsea goal, putting him high up on this new list of the five worst transfers.

With only 10 games remaining of the Premier League season at the time of publishing, it’s in the best interests of those players involved in the English top flight to try and restore some form – and maybe score a few goals to tip the balance.

You can see the full list below, and check it out in all its glory here: http://www.footballscores.com/news/transfer-window-wobbles-wins/
