Manchester United had a too relaxed first half in their Europe League match against Ajax in the Amsterdam Arena. Ajax played well and created a few chances and deserved a penalty just before the break. The referee was close but did not award it and 0-0 was the half time score. After the break Manchester United accelerated and that was enough. Goals by Young and Javier Hernández proved to be enough for a comfortable victory.

This picture of Wayne Rooney says it all.
