After what looked to be the winning goal from substitute Samir Nasri with under ten minutes of normal time remaining a fluke goal from veteran striker Kevin Phillips dented Arsenals title hopes. For me this proves to me Arsenal are not ready for the title. For whats reasons?

Well Man Utd are the perfect example of how champions at the business end of the season are supposed to act. Man Utd demolished an inferior Bolton side with ease and Chelsea ripped apart a champions league chasing Villa, yet Arsenal struggled all day against a battling blues side. But here is my point. Both Man Utd and Chelsea, especially the former have the ability to break down sides and then see out the game. How many time have you see Utd score an injury time winner? Yet how many times you seen Utd concede a last minute goal?

My point exactly, they don’t! Arsenal are just too inexperienced. Alumunia again could be put at blame for the goal and my belief is that for Arsenal to win the title they need to keep fabregas next season and aquire a world class goalkeeper. I don’t think you’ll find many Arsenal fans with the upmost confidence in there spanish shotstopper. But after saying all this it wasn’t a loss. Lets see how next weeks top of the table clash between Man Utd and Chelsea pans out at Old Trafford and maybe Arsenal will prove me wrong.
